SMART MIND: PRE SET NEUROFEEDBACK PROTOCOLS*
BASIC TRAINING PRE SET PROTOCOLS
- Uptrain Wide Beta / Downtrain Theta - 1 Channel Placement - Provides a Theta/Beta Power Ratio.
- Increase the amplitude of SMR. Suggested sensor placements: C3 and C4 for Channel 1 and 2, respectively.
- Decrease the amplitude of Theta.
- Decrease the amplitude of Theta-Low Alpha at two sensor locations.
- Uptrain Low Beta using 2-channel configuration.
- Uptrain SMR using a 1 Channel Placement. Filter 2 is disabled
- Decrease Theta-Low Alpha using One Channel.
- Decrease High Beta (21 - 33 Hz) using One Channel.
- Decrease the amplitude of Theta while monitoring and recording Wide Beta.
- Increase the amplitude of SMR while monitoring and recording High Beta.
- Decrease the amplitude of Theta-Low Alpha at one sensor location.
- Increase the amplitude of Wide Beta at two sensor locations.
FOUR FILTER TRAINING
- Downtrain High Beta while monitoring Low Beta at 2 sites.
- Uptrain Low Beta while monitoring High Beta at 2 sites
- Decrease High Beta (21-33 Hz), EMG (33 - 48 Hz) and Increase Alpha (10-13 Hz) using One Channel
- Uptrain SMR (12 - 15hz) and downtrain Theta (4-8) using a 2 channel configuration
- Uptrain SMR (12 - 15hz) while Monitoring and Recording Theta (4-8) using a 2 channel configuration
- Decrease Theta (4-8) while Monitoring and Recording Alpha (8-12), Beta (13-18) and High Beta (21-33) using a 1 channel configuration
- Increase Beta (13-18) while Monitoring and Recording Alpha (8-12), and High Beta (21-33) using a 1 channel configuration. Filter 4 is unused.
